All ski passes are personal and non-transferable, and no reimbursements will be granted. In the event of abuse, any person caught in the act will have to pay a fine of CHF 100 to 200, depending on the case. The management of Televerbier does not tolerate fraud of any kind.

In the event of loss, the ski-pass holder is to inform Verbier Sport Plus immediately so that his or her pass can be blocked. A new ski-pass will be issued for a nominal fee of CHF 20.
