We are convinced that the success of Verbier, Val de Bagnes, as a tourist destination depends entirely on the quality of our tourist services and on the welcome offered to our guests by the various providers in our region. We commit ourselves to not only providing excellent lift facilities, piste conditions, welcoming services and catering that are worthy of Verbier’s international reputation, but also to be an important part of the overall project which aims to maintain the status of Verbier and its region as a top tourist destination in Europe.

Our clients/guests are at the centre of our attention and of every activity. We commit to providing them with the best possible service, to understand and anticipate their needs with a considerate attitude, by closely observing the market development as well as new technologies.

Our staff

We want our company to enable our employees to find personal satisfaction in their job. In order to reach this goal, we carry out regular evaluations and satisfaction surveys. We also support education and training activities.

We want to manage Téléverbier with the goal of long term development, from an economic, environmental and social point of view. We aim to maintain good and reliable relations with our internal and external partners.

Our aim is to build a company of simple structures that is flexible, demanding, and capable of adapting quickly to any new needs. We want to base our management on modern leadership principles. In order to continuously improve our working processes, we have implemented an integrated management system.
